Why does the family team do what they do?
It is a sad fact that most of us will encounter some form of relationship breakdown or other familial dispute. With this in mind, we simplify the legal process and uncomplicate matters to enable our clients to focus on what is important to them, without the additional burden of complex legal proceedings.
We appreciate that issues arising within the family law setting can be the most difficult to navigate and concern your private life, details of which would not usually be shared with outside parties. Our clients trust us to deal with these issues sensitively and without judgement.
Our curated team of experts have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process. We will be upfront in advising on your expectations, working together to achieve the desired outcome.
How does the family department at Aristone Solicitors work differently to other law firms?
- Our approach is not just to do the “need for”, we go above and beyond to assist you on the legal and emotional journey.
- Collaborative approach – whilst you will have a dedicated lawyer, our team collaborate on files to ensure there are no delays in dealing with queries, providing a sense of familiarity, and giving you the benefit of the combined wealth of knowledge and experience of each advisor.
- We strive to avoid Court proceedings by narrowing down the issues, entering into strategic negotiations and reaching an amicable agreement.
