Yes – individuals already in the UK under a variety of visa categories may be eligible to switch to the new Innovator Visa pathway. Examples of which include:

What is the Job Creation Requirement?

The terms of the new Innovator Visa pathway include a job creation requirement of either 10 full-time jobs with no specific salary requirements, or five full-time jobs paying £25,000 or more per year.

Will I Need to Work in My Business Full-Time?

You must not only work in your business full-time, but you must also provide verification to satisfy your endorsing body that you are doing so.

After How Long Can I Apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain?

You will need to spend a minimum of three years of unbroken residency in the United Kingdom under the Innovator Visa pathway, before you will be able to apply for permanent residence.
